Michael Franz

I have been a part of the VATT engineering team on a near-continuous basis since 1999, responsible for mechanical design of control, metrology, instrumentation, and general operational components and systems. In addition, it has been my pleasure to operate VATT and assure its robust performance for ongoing observations with AIP's fiber-connected PEPSI spectrograph since 2015.
